One Pot Camping Wasabi Plum Roast Beef and Green Beans
Report
One pot wasabi plum roast beef and green beans done on the BBQ, or your RV/trailer oven. I totally don't do roughing it when it comes to camping food!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds 3-4 beef blade roast
- 2 packages of Blue Dragon Wasabi Plum stir fry sauce
- 1 White Onion sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pound green beans trimmed and washed
Instructions
- Place the onion on the bottom of a dutch oven and put the roast on top.
- Place the garlic on top of the roast.
- Mix the sauce and water together; pour over the top of the roast.
- Cook at a low heat (300 to 325 F) for 5-6 hours, until the beef is falling apart.
- Place the green beans on top of the roast and recover, cook until the beans are tender crisp. (another 20 minutes or so.)
- Remove and serve.
