One Pan Pork Chops with Green Beans & Gravy

Ingredients
- 16 ounce boneless pork chops
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoon fresh garlic minced
- 2 teaspoon fresh Rosemary minced
- 4 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 16 ounce green beans
- 2 teaspoon fresh garlic thinly sliced
- ½ cup chicken stock
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Measure out and prepare all the ingredients.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.
- Over medium heat, add butter to a pan. Cook the pork chops on the stove for about 8 - 10 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165F. Remove pork chops from pan and keep warm.
- Add the minced garlic and minced rosemary to the pan and fry until fragrant. Mix well.
- Turn off the stove and stir in the heavy whipping cream. Once it starts to get a gravy texture, remove from pan and set in a bowl.
- Turn the stove back on medium heat. Add the olive oil to the pan along with the green beans, thinly sliced garlic, and chicken stock.
- Stir well to combine. Let this cook for about 10 minutes with the lid on. Remove lid and cook for another 5 or so minutes.
- Plate the pork chops and green beans. Drizzle with the gravy. Enjoy!
