Orange Creamsicle Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats (40g)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (120g) or any milk of choice
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt (80g) plain or vanilla works
- 3 Tbsp vanilla protein powder (22g)
- 1 Tbsp sugar-free pancake syrup or pure maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp orange zest or try lemon zest, 2 Tbsp orange juice or 1/4 tsp orange extract
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup sliced mandarin oranges sliced, fresh or canned
Instructions
- To a mason jar, meal prep container or bowl, add all the ingredients (save half of the mandarin oranges for topping) and mix well to combined. Then top with the remaining oranges.
- Cover with a lid or saran wrap and place in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours. For best, creamiest results, let sit for at least 8 hours.

- Naturally gluten-free! Just be sure your using certified gluten-free oats.
- To make dairy-free: use dairy-free Greek yogurt and a plant-based milk.
- To make vegan: use a dairy-free yogurt, planted-based milk and plant-based protein powder.
- To store: store overnight oats in the fridge in an airtight container for 4-5 days.
