Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots sliced
- 1 lb parsnips sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt adjust to taste
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper adjust to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Clean veggies and cut them into equal size pieces.
- Place them in one layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil, salt, and pepper.
