Make mornings easier with this delicious Overnight Weetabix recipe. A sweet and satisfying breakfast that can be prepared in less than 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- 100 g frozen berries
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 2 Weetabix biscuits
- 0.5 teaspoon maple syrup
- 90 ml skimmed milk
- 70 g 0% Fat Free Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon protein powder

Instructions
- Put 100 g Frozen berries, 1 teaspoon Chia seeds and a splash of cold water into a pan. Gently cook over a low heat stirring regularly. Once softened, mash the fruit to form a jam-like consistency.
- Spread the jam over a plate and allow to cool.
- Meanwhile, crush 2 Weetabix biscuits into a bowl. Add 0.5 teaspoon Maple syrup and 90 ml Skimmed milk. Mix well and spread out evenly.
- Combine 70 g 0% Fat Free Greek yogurt and 1 tablespoon Protein powder in a bowl.
- Spread the yogurt mixture over the top of the soaked Weetabix.
- Add the cooled jam on top of the yogurt and swirl it around.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but overnight is best.
Notes
- Air Fryer Granola
- If you are adding any crunchy topping like our Air Fryer Granola, then do that right before serving, otherwise they will go soft if put in the fridge overnight.
- Feel free to use a flavoured yogurt to add extra flavour.
- Make sure to mix the Weetabix and milk together thoroughly.
- Don't be tempted to add too much milk, as the ratio needs to be as in this recipe, otherwise it will be too sloppy and runny.
