Instructions

  1. Put 100 g Frozen berries, 1 teaspoon Chia seeds and a splash of cold water into a pan. Gently cook over a low heat stirring regularly. Once softened, mash the fruit to form a jam-like consistency.
  2. Spread the jam over a plate and allow to cool.
  3. Meanwhile, crush 2 Weetabix biscuits into a bowl. Add 0.5 teaspoon Maple syrup and 90 ml Skimmed milk. Mix well and spread out evenly.
  4. Combine 70 g 0% Fat Free Greek yogurt and 1 tablespoon Protein powder in a bowl.
  5. Spread the yogurt mixture over the top of the soaked Weetabix.
  6. Add the cooled jam on top of the yogurt and swirl it around.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but overnight is best.

Notes

  • Air Fryer Granola
  • If you are adding any crunchy topping like our Air Fryer Granola, then do that right before serving, otherwise they will go soft if put in the fridge overnight.
  • Feel free to use a flavoured yogurt to add extra flavour.
  • Make sure to mix the Weetabix and milk together thoroughly.
  • Don't be tempted to add too much milk, as the ratio needs to be as in this recipe, otherwise it will be too sloppy and runny.
