Ingredients
- 4 Russet potatoes cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 spring of rosemary chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

- Preheat your skillet to medium high heat.
- In a bowl add you potatoes, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Toss everything to coat in the seasonings.
- Add to your skillet and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and crispy.
