Philly cheesesteak sliders are a fun and delicious twist on a classic. Philly cheesesteaks are filled with thinly sliced steak, caramelized onions, crisp peppers, and, of course, melty cheese.

Ingredients
- 12 hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1 pound beef shaved steak, or skirt steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ medium onion sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 6 lices Provolone cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon Dried onion flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls horizontally in half to have a top and bottom piece. Place the bottom half in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Add 2 tablespoons olive oil, ½ medium onion sliced, 1 green bell pepper sliced to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Returning to the same skillet, add 1 pound beef shaved steak,. Cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. The shaved beef will cook fast. Add t2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce then season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Layer the cooked beef on top of the rolls in the pan.
- Place the cooked onions and peppers on top of the meat.
- Top with the 6 slices provolone cheese. Then, put on the top half of the buns.
- Add 3 tablespoons butter to a small microwave-safe bowl and heat until melted. Mix in ¼ teaspoon garlic salt and 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes.
- Brush the butter mixture on top of the buns using a basting brush.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil, then bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops of the buns are golden. Cut into individual sliders and serve warm!
