Ingredients
- 1 glass white sugar
- 8 egg yolk
- 250 g butter room temperature
- 1 kg curd cheese semi-fat, Polish
- almonds a handful, without skin
- walnuts a handful
- prunes a handful, diced
- yellow raisins a handful
- sultana raisins a handful
- dried apricot a handful, diced
- Fresh fruits for decoration
- 1 package vanilla sugar 32 oz
Instructions
- Whisk sugar, butter and egg yolks until smooth. Add vanilla sugar and whisk until all ingredients are combined.
- Add white cheese and mix until well combined.
- Add dried fruits and nuts and mix again.
- Take a medium-large bowl (or cone-shaped bowl, if you have one) and lay in it a cotton napkin, add the mixture to it and refrigerate for 12 hours.
- Take the bowl out of the fridge and the cheese mixture out of the bowl with the help of a cotton napkin. The mixture should be a bit harder than before.
- Decorate with fresh fruits and enjoy!
