Poppy Seed Dressing is so good on a salad with fresh spring or summer veggies! Making it from scratch couldn't be easier and the taste is well worth it!!!

Ingredients
- ½ cup honey
- ½ c white vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground mustard powder
- 1 to 2 tsp grated yellow onion
- ¾ cup plain non fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
Instructions
- combine all ingredients in a jar and shake until combined
- pour over salad and enjoy!!!
