Poppy Seed Dressing

Poppy Seed Dressing is so good on a salad with fresh spring or summer veggies! Making it from scratch couldn't be easier and the taste is well worth it!!!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ c white vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground mustard powder
  • 1 to 2 tsp grated yellow onion
  • ¾ cup plain non fat Greek yogurt ⁣
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. combine all ingredients in a jar and shake until combined
  2. pour over salad and enjoy!!!
