Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, beat the egg yolks with sugar with whisk attachment until they're well combined.
  2. Whisk in the sour cream, mayonnaise, and honey until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
  4. In small portions, add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Don't fret if the dough is sticky — it should be! Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  5. Using a spoon, portion out individual pieces of dough. With wet hands, shape the dough mounds into balls.
