Calling all Pumpkin pie lovers! This amazing Pumpkin Pie Croissants will be a delicious treat that you can enjoy with your friends and family. This recipe is great for any occasion and will be an incredible mix of pumpkin and maple flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 can croissants
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1-2 Tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, sugar and cream cheese.
  3. Open and separate the croissant dough.
  4. Spoon a small amount of the pumpkin mixture on the dough and roll it up, carefully.
  5. Place the croissants on a prepared baking sheet (I like to use parchment paper).
  6. Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes.
  7. Remove and let cool.
  8. For the maple glaze: whisk together powdered sugar, maple syrup and coconut oil. Add 1-2 Tbsp of milk, depending on how thick/thin you like your glaze.
  9. Drizzle the glaze on each of the croissants. Enjoy!!
