This delicious pumpkin spice french toast with flavors of pumpkin and all your favorite fall spices is a warm and cozy fall brunch dish!

Ingredients
- 6 lices bread
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice mix
- ½ teaspoon vanilla optional
- 4-6 tablespoons butter or oil
- 1-2 tablespoons icing sugar
- maple syrup
Pumpkin Spice Mix
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice
Instructions
- In a large bowl whisk together, pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, sugar pumpkin pie spice.
- Heat a medium-sized skillet on medium heat.
- Dip one slice of bread into the pumpkin spice mixture for about 5-10 seconds, and flip to repeat.
- Once the skillet is hot, add in 1 tablespoon of butter or oil.
- Transfer the dipped bread to the skillet.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Transfer to a serving plate.
- Repeat for each slice of bread.
- Sprinkle icing sugar, and serve pumpkin french toast, hot with maple syrup and toppings of your choice.
