These sweet and savory Maple Bacon Brussel Sprouts are the ultimate veggie side dish. They are roasted until they become perfectly browned and caramelized.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts washed and trimmed
- 6 lices Bacon chopped into 1 inch lengths
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup pure
- 1 extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F and lightly grease a 9x13 casserole dish.
- Add prepped Brussel sprouts and bacon into the dish and toss with maple syrup and olive oil.
- Bake for 40 minutes (or until your desired tenderness), mixing up about halfway.
Notes
- Stir them halfway: I like to toss the sprouts halfway to ensure they cook and brown evenly.
- Don’t overcrowd the pan: If you don’t have a large enough pan, make more than one batch. When they are too overcrowded, they will steam instead of roast.
- Slice them in half: To get them extra crispy, cut them in half.
