Roasted Fig Crostini with Goat Cheese and Honey

Ingredients
- 1 small baguette sliced thinly and toasted
- 5-6 small figs sliced into thirds
- goat cheese crumbled
- honey warmed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Slice the small baguette into thin pieces then put them on a dry baking sheet.
- Place into the oven and bake until the slices are toasted, about 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.
- Coat a small baking pan with some cooking spray.
- Slice the figs into thirds and put them into the baking pan.
- Place them into the oven to bake for 10 minutes, or until the figs are softened. Remove from the oven.
- Sprinkle some goat cheese crumbled on top of the slices of toasted baguette then top with fig slices.
- Drizzle some warm honey on top of each crostini. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
