Ingredients
- 16 ounces frozen green beans
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix until it's well combined.
- Spread the green beans on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove them from the oven and enjoy.
Notes
- Don’t undercook them, you want them to have time to roast out the extra water
- Don’t underseason them
- Don’t thaw them before cooking - can result in mushy green beans
