  • 1-2 heads of garlic
  • ½ tsp olive oil
  • dash of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Slice the top of the head off so every clove of garlic is exposed.
  3. Place on a small square of tinfoil (easy clean up). Drizzle with olive oil and salt to taste.
  4. Fold the edges of the tinfoil together and twist to make a completely sealed bundle.
