Roasted Green Beans are a quick and easy side dish to make that is packed full of flavor and nutrients! I could make this every night!

Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Prep the green beans by washing, drying and trimming the ends. Place onto prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Bake 20-30 minutes or until roasted to your liking. Serve warm.
