Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F, line a baking sheet with foil for easy clean up if desired.
- Wash and thoroughly dry green beans. You don't want any water on the beans before adding them to the baking sheet.
- Add dry green beans to the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and salt. Toss to fully coat the beans in the oil and salt.
- Roast in the oven for 15 minutes, then remove from oven and turn beans ver with a spatula. Return to the oven and roast for another 10 minutes, until getting slightly browned. Serve right away.
