Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh green beans edges trimmed
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Toss the green beans with the oil, salt and pepper and put them onto a baking sheet, baking them for 18-20 minutes or until slightly wrinkled looking.
