Rotisserie Chicken Breast Tenders are baked with a Rotisserie Chicken rub or Seasoning that make these moist, juicy chicken tenders flavorful and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt optional
  • 1-1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast tenders

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cover a sheet pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl stir together all the spices (ingredients 1 - 7.)
  3. Sprinkle rotisserie spice mix over the chicken tenders on all sides.
  4. Please chicken tenders in one layer on the sheet pan.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
