Sausage Sheet Pan Dinner

Sheet Pan Sausage and Veggies are on the table in minutes and easy to clean up! This healthy dish is a perfect weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 small red potatoes washed, sliced and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 head broccoli washed and chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper sliced and seeded
- 1 red bell pepper sliced and seeded
- 1 cup fresh green beans trim the ends or 1 cup sliced zucchini
- 4 sausage links sliced
- ¼ cup olive oil divided
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt with parsley flakes
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- pepper
- fresh parsley if desired
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease it with cooking spray. (You can also use parchment paper)
- Add potatoes to the pan and drizzle with some olive oil and season with garlic salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and add the remaining vegetables and sausage slices. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and seasonings. Toss to coat.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
