Ingredients
- 1 1 pound oyster mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic sliced
- 1 teaspoom soy sauce
- salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
- Clean the oyster mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp cloth.
- Trim the tough ends of the mushroom stalks and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté sliced garlic until for a minute.
- Add the oyster mushrooms and cook for about 3 minutes without stirring or moving at medium-high heat.
- Season with a splash of soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook for 4 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
- Serve and enjoy!
