Ingredients
- 1 cup oatmeal quick or old fashioned
- 1 cup Silk Fruit&Protein
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix the oatmeal into the Silk and let stand for 15 minutes or so to soften the oats.
- Mix all the dry ingredients (brown sugar, flour, salt, baking powder) together in a bowl.
- Add the wet ingredients (egg, oil) to the oatmeal/Silk mixture.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients together, and stir until just mixed.
- Put in muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes
