Ingredients

For the ramekin:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 garlic clove finely chopped
  • salt and pepper

Toppings:

  • Red Onions thinly sliced
  • basil
  • Shredded Parmesan or cheddar

Instructions

Prepare:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. While the oven is heating, spray the ramekin with a nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Place the garlic in the ramekin. Crack the eggs into the ramekin.

Cook:

  1. Place the ramekin in the oven and cook for 10 to 12 minutes. You’ll want the eggs to be fully cooked but still soft.

Serve:

  1. Once the eggs are cooked, place your ramekin on a plate, and garnish as desired.
