All you need are a few simple ingredients and you’ll have this herby Sourdough Croutons recipe in no time! Flavourful and crispy, these croutons are the perfect addition to salads, soups, or even as a snack. Seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, and fresh thyme, you won’t want to buy store-bought croutons after trying your first batch.

Ingredients
- ½ loaf sourdough bread cut into 1" cubes (4-4½ cup)
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 1½ tsp garlic powder
- 1½ tsp onion powder
- 3-4 tsp fresh thyme

Instructions
- Heat the oven to 350F.
- In a large bowl, toss together the cubed bread, oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
- Transfer the seasoned bread to a lined sheet pan. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, checking at the 15 minute mark and give the sheet pan a shake.
- Once completely cool, store in an airtight container if not using immediately.
