Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic 
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • pinch of salt, to taste
  • red pepper flakes, optional

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine 1/4 cup cashew butter, 1/4 cup water, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce, 1 teaspoon minced garlic , 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, 2 teaspoons sesame oil, and a pinch of salt,. Add red pepper flakes, if you want a spicer version.
  2. Whisk together until smooth and combined. You can also use the blender if you prefer.
  3. Add a splash of water to reach the desired consistency if needed.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
