Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- pinch of salt, to taste
- red pepper flakes, optional
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine 1/4 cup cashew butter, 1/4 cup water, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce, 1 teaspoon minced garlic , 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, 2 teaspoons sesame oil, and a pinch of salt,. Add red pepper flakes, if you want a spicer version.
- Whisk together until smooth and combined. You can also use the blender if you prefer.
- Add a splash of water to reach the desired consistency if needed.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
