This Chex Mix recipe is easy to make and brings together all the crunchy, salty and delicious buttery flavors with a hint of smoky spicy goodness! It's the perfect snack for sharing!

Ingredients
- 3 cups corn chex cereal
- 3 cups rice chex cereal
- 3 cups wheat chex cereal
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 2 cups mini pretzels
- 2 cups plain bagel chips
- 1 1/2 ticks unsalted butter, (3/4 cup)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250ºF. In large bowl, add the corn, rice, and wheat chex cereals, mixed nuts, mini pretzels and bagel chips. Set aside.
- Place the butter in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until the butter completely melts. Add the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, chili powder, paprika and cayenne. Whisk together until combined. Pour the butter over the cereal mixture,
- Pour the butter sauce over the cereal mixture and toss together until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the chex mix onto a large rimmed baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to make sure everything crisps up evenly. Let cool slightly before eating.
Notes
- To store, place in an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place for up to 3 weeks. As long as you keep the container completely sealed, everything will remain crunchy and delicious!
