Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 green apple cored and chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup Ice cubes

Instructions
- Add the spinach, frozen mango, banana, green apple, lime juice, chia seeds, almond milk, and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- - For a thinner consistency, add more almond milk or water. For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen mango or ice cubes.
- - Frozen mango should help thicken the smoothie and add a tropical sweetness without the need for additional sweeteners. If you find you need additional sweetness, I suggest adding a tablespoon of honey.
