Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup Sprinkles
Instructions
- Combine the cream and vanilla in a large mixing bowl and then use an electric hand mixer to whisk the cream until it forms stiff peaks.
- Add the condensed milk and sprinkles to the mixing bowl and reduce the speed of your mixer gently whisk the mixture together until smooth and homogenous.
- Pour the ice cream mixture into a large loaf pan and tightly cover it with plastic wrap.
- Transfer your ice cream to the freezer and let it chill for at least 5 hours. Make sure the ice cream is firm to the touch before scooping.
