Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter*
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup Sriracha sauce
- 4 large garlic cloves, peeled and minced or pressed through a garlic press
- 4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small saucepan.
- Turn on the heat and bring the sauce to a full boil, stirring continuously. Turn down the heat and simmer the sauce until it's thickened a bit (3 to 5 minutes).
- Serve hot or warm.
Notes
- *4 tablespoons of butter make this sauce very buttery. If you prefer less butteriness, use only 3 tablespoons.
- Storage instructions:
- Let the sauce cool to room temperature, then transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop.
