													Enjoy this Thai BBQ sauce (mookata sauce), a quick and easy recipe that comes together in under 20 minutes to complement grilled meat and seafood.

                                Ingredients
- 15 Thai chilies add to taste
 - 10 cloves garlic
 - 4 coriander root
 - just under 1/2 cup chili sauce see notes
 - 1/3 cup water
 - 1/3 cup tomato ketchup
 - 5 tbsp palm sugar
 - 1 tbsp + 1 tsp vinegar
 - 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
 
Instructions
- Mix chilies, garlic and coriander root using a mixer.
 - Cook the mixture in a non-stick skillet or non-stick wok pan for 1 minute.
 - Pour in water. Add palm sugar, chili sauce, ketchup, and vinegar.
 - Stir until palm sugar is fully dissolved.
 - Toss the roasted sesame seeds on top of the sauce in the pan.
