Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Nothing beats a strawberry banana smoothie to get you going in the morning! Using my homemade strawberry puree made with honey will give this a flavor boost that can't be beat, but you can also use whole strawberries.

Ingredients
- 2 cups milk or oat, soy, or rice milk
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1/2 cup strawberry yogurt you can also use soy / coconut yogurt if needed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries OR
- 1/4 cup Strawberry Puree to taste
Optional Add Ins
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. You can add in more of the strawberry puree to taste if desired.
- Divide between two glasses and serve with a straw, garnished with a strawberry if desired.
