Ingredients
Base
- 80 gms caster sugar 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp
- 225 gms flour sifted, 1 ½ cups + 2 ½ tbsp
- ½ tsp baking powder sifted
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 100 gms butter melted, 3.5 oz. unsalted
Strawberry filling
- 500 gms strawberry hulled and chopped
- 120 gms caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Crumble topping
- 225 gms flour sifted, 1 ½ cups + 2 ½ tbsp
- 80 gms caster sugar 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp
- 150 gms butter chopped, 5.3 oz. cold unsalted
