Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 banana peeled and sliced
- 1 cup PLAIN yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- fresh mint leaves for garnish optional
Instructions
- Add the frozen strawberries, frozen mango chunks, sliced banana, yogurt, milk, and honey to a blender.
- Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. If the smoothie turns out too thick, simply pour in a bit more milk and blend again to achieve the perfect consistency.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if needed.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
- Serve the smoothie immediately.
Notes
- You can use vanilla yogurt for a sweeter smoothie.
