Ingredients
- 1 pint strawberries stems removed and diced
- ½ cup fresh mozzarella cheese diced
- 12 fresh basil leaves chiffonade
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 baguette sliced
- balsamic reduction for topping
Instructions
- Rinse and slice the stems off the strawberries. Dice the strawberries and place in a medium size bowl. Then dice the mozzarella and add to the same bowl.
- Take half the basil leaves, stack them on top of one another then roll tighlty--thinly slice to create a chiffonade. Sprinkle over the strawberry and mozzarella. Repeat until all the basil leaves are used. Then drizzle the olive oil on top. Mix well and spoon on to a baguette. Drizzle with balsamic reduction and enjoy immediately.

- Make sure to grab a ball of fresh mozzarella for this recipe!
