Magija chocolate cheesecake bars takes strawberries & ice-cream to another level in this delicious dessert!

Ingredients
- 1 chocolate sliced into bite size pieces, Magija chocolate bar
- ½ cup strawberry washed, hulled and cut into quarters, fresh
- 2-3 coops Ice cream
- 2-3 tablespoons strawberry coulis
- 2 leaves mint rolled and chopped finely, fresh
Instructions
- Spoon a tablespoon of ice-cream into a tall glass, then layer over this a third of the cut strawberries. Drizzle a tablespoon over strawberry coulis over the top.
- Repeat the layers of ice-cream, strawberries and coulis.
- Top with Magija bar pieces, a sprinkling of mint and another drizzle of strawberry coulis.
