Ingredients

Servings
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 1 L milk semi-skimmed

Instructions

  1. Hull and chop the refrigerated strawberries into tiny pieces.
  2. Stir in the vanilla sugar and put in fridge.
  3. Mix together the milk and sugar thoroughly in a bowl and then add the strawberries.
  4. Using a jug pour the mixture into an ice cream maker until stiff (about 40 minutes).
  5. Scoop the mixture into a tupperware and freeze for another 6-8 hours before serving.

Notes

  • To make a cherry version of this ice milk which is also great for using in an ice lolly mould, just chop up 220g frozen/fresh pitted cherries in a blender before adding to the milk. For an extra special touch dip your lollies in melted chocolate for a Black Forest Ice Milk Lolly!
