- While you can use store bought sweet chili sauce, we love making it at home. We love adding extra ginger, garlic, a dash of soy sauce and plenty of Hot Honey Recipe. You can control the sweetness and spice level completely.
- Add in extra spice if you like with extra chilli flakes.
- Any type of salmon would work here. Skin on or skinless, Atlantic or wild--just make sure it's a fillet.

- We prefer broiling today as it's quicker and we love the charred crust with the sweet chili flavors.
