  1. Pele los plátanos y córtelos en rodajas en diagonal de unos 3-4 mm de grosor.
  2. Caliente una sartén grande con aceite y fría las rodajas de plátano a fuego medio-alto, hasta que se doren.
  3. Sirva enseguida
