Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef 80/20 (lean to fat ratio
  • 2 tablespoons garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 2 green onion sliced
  • 8 slider buns sweet, Hawaiian
  • 1 cup broccoli slaw
  • 1 tablespoon peanuts

Instructions

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet add the beef, heat on medium and cook.
  2. Cook until well browned (5-6 minutes).
  3. Add in the garlic, sesame oil, ketchup, hoisin, water, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and sriracha and stir together.
  4. Cook until the sauce starts to thicken and the mixture is well combined, about 5-6 minutes.
  5. Toast the buns then spoon over the mixture and top with broccoli slaw, peanuts and green onions.
