The Best Cajun Crawfish Dipping Sauce

This is the best Cajun crawfish dipping sauce, perfect for dipping and dunking. Easy, spicy, and creamy, this delicious sauce will make your crawfish boil a star.

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tsp hot sauce or more, to taste
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground
- kosher salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Fresh chives or parsley finely chopped, optional
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk all of the ingredients together well except the salt. Taste, then season with salt if needed.
- Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or use immediately!
Notes
- Creole and Cajun seasoning tend to taste very similar, so if you don't have Cajun seasoning and don't want to make it, Creole seasoning would work just fine.
- Pour the sauce into separate bowls when serving. We never want to contaminate the whole batch with double dipping!
