Ingredients
- 32 ounces frozen Normandy blend vegetables
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 medium lemon zest and juice
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the frozen Normandy blend vegetables in a sealable bag or a large bowl.
- Add the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the vegetables. Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.
