Tim Tam Balls

Tim Tam Balls are no-bake treats made by crushing Tim Tam biscuits and mixing them with condensed milk to a sticky dough, chilled, then rolled into balls and coated with colorful sprinkles or chocolate decorations. They set firm after refrigeration and serve as sweet bite-sized desserts.

Description

This recipe transforms Tim Tam cookies into a simple confection by finely crushing the biscuits and mixing with sweetened condensed milk. The sticky mixture chills to firm up enough to handle, then is rolled into small balls. Coating with 100s & 1000s (rainbow sprinkles) or choclettes adds a fun finish and texture.

The balls require no baking; refrigeration both before rolling and after coating allows them to set properly. The texture balances crumbly cookie crumbs and creamy condensed milk, resulting in a sweet, chewy bite. This straightforward method creates an indulgent snack or dessert quickly.

These treats are easy to store in the refrigerator until serving and can be adapted by rolling them in alternative coatings such as coconut or Milo powder to customize the flavor and appearance.
