Tomato soup with sweet potatoes and Mediterranean herbs

Quick and easy to make Medical Medium soup to enjoy during a 369 cleanse. Fat, grain and legumes free. With fresh tomatoes, sweet potato and bell pepper. Cooked in healing broth broth and tomato passata with garlic and Mediterranean herbs.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 4 cups sweet potato
  • 1 cup potato
  • 2 cups tomato
  • 2 onion yellow
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 cups broth MM healing
  • 2 cups tomato passata
  • ½ to 1 red chili pepper
  • 3 to 4 sage large, leaves
  • ½ handful thyme
  • ½ handful oregano

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions, press the garlic, peel and cut the (regular) potatoes in very small cubes. They are supposed to fall apart and thicken your soup.
  2. Add to a pan with broth and bring to the boil. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes and add.
  4. Cut the chili pepper into small pieces and add.
  5. Chop up the tomatoes and add. Also add the tomato passata.
  6. Chop up the herbs and add.
  7. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Add in extra water if needed.
  8. Top with some fresh herbs.
