This simple tuna salad recipe is full of veggies and no mayonnaise at all!

- ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 5 oz can tuna drained
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- pinch of salt optional
- ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
