- 1 cup egg about 7 from large eggs, white
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 oz. bittersweet chocolate finely chopped, about 3/4 cup, or use mini chips
- 4 oz. cocoa nibs about 3/4 cup
