A low carb, gluten-free version of the classic chocolate chip cookie!

Ingredients
- 200 g almond flour
- 60 g vegan margarine melted
- 3 Tablespoons maple syrup (or agave nectar)
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ Teaspoon baking powder
- 90 g dark chocolate chips or chunks
Notes
- If the dough is too wet, just add more almond flour until you get the desired consistency. If it's too dry, add more agave or maple syrup, or a splash of plant-based milk.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
