A sweet, soft apple crumble that's perfect for Autumn. Made without eggs or dairy!

Ingredients
For the crumble mixture:
- 160 g plain flour (1+¼ cups)
- 100 g brown sugar ½ cup, soft
- 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 100 g vegan margarine (3/8 cups + 1 tablespoon)
For the filling:
- 700 g / 24oz apple around 3-4, Bramley variety
- 4 Tablespoons brown sugar soft
- ½ Teaspoon ground cinnamon

Notes
- *You can sub Bramley apples for around 5-6 Granny Smith green apples.
- Store covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
