Ingredients
- 200 g vegan margarine (¾ cup)
- 100 g caster sugar (½ cup)
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 280 g plain flour (2 cups + 1 tablespoons)
- 2 Tablespoons cornflour (cornstarch)
- 100 g dark chocolate chips ⅔ cup, or chunks
Notes
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
