Old school fairy cakes with chocolate icing and sprinkles.

Ingredients
- 140 ml soy milk (1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon)
- ½ Teaspoon apple cider vinegar (sub for white vinegar)
- 100 g self-raising flour (¾ cup)
- ¼ Teaspoon baking soda
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
- 100 g caster sugar (½ cup)
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
For the icing:
- 130 g icing sugar (1 cup)
- 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 Tablespoons water cold
To top:
- chocolate sprinkles vegan, of choice
